The Chinese Splash for Uncle Ryze looks way better than the current one.
This should be part of the region unification thing.

It looks more like they are mocking the US with it all being about money in the background. The character looks better, but the background was clearly done by a chinese artist who probably assumed no one in NA would see much of it lol
They will most likely. Riot has said there will be several more updates throughout patch 6.7 and 6.8 cycles, so we just have to wait and see as they spread out all of the art.
I never noticed there was actually a document faded into the background of that splash. Guessing it's the Declaration of Independence.
