Can we all take a moment to look at Bard's excellent Champion design?

Bard:

• Bard's model is well done, feels fluid
• Bard's "voice" contains incredible amounts of unique sounds
• His look and appearance gives off a celestial yet goofy champion
• Bard fills a unique role that no other champion gives off
• Bard has a incredibly high skill cap
• Bard has counter play in his kit
• His kit set is incredibly fun
• His kit contains numerous levers if needed
• One of the only champions that wasn't overpowered on release
• Is not excessively overloaded with multiple passives

He has literally one of the best champion designs in the game. Arguably behind Vel'Koz.
