For players who commit offenses outside of matches or who violate the Terms of Service but don't fall under one of the standard categories, you can send Riot a report by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support with a screenshot of the said offenses and any additional information that you'd like to add.

He's going to get auto banned don't worry about him, so many trigger words for the automated discipline system and he didn't even attempt to mask any of them. You can laugh at him when he comes to the forums crying about his ban but is too embarrassed to post his reform card.
