I figured out why we are having trouble with "OP" Champions
Riot has made champions on different tiers. There are easy to play champs, easy to play champs with strong kits, medium to play champs, medium to play champs with strong kits, hard to play champs, and hard to play champs with strong kits. Now on both of the extremes with strong kits it's important t to notice that their are more in these 2 tiers when it comes to the most widely complained about champs as well as the higher ratios, the most utility, and the strongest itemization.
Now something to notice is that the easy to play champs are the roll your face across your keyboard and win champs. The other side is the hard to play champs. They are hard to play, but when played well enough they outshine anyone else, including their counters. Both sides can be described this way.
Now the problem is, the amount of people to play these skill levels on a devastating level is smaller than those that cannot. Instead of balanced difficulty of each champ, they are held to different standards and playstyles. This prevents many players from becoming good with those champs. However, players that have become good at these champs need no help.
This creates an unfair learning opportunity, or discrimination, towards a player and an advantage to the person playing the game.
Summary: make the champs all equal in difficulty and male it so anyone can play them.
