ARAM and the mastery chest drop system

Two times I was due for a mastery chest... both denied because I didn't own the random champ I got in ARAM. I really have no idea on how to react to this.

You can't earn chests in ARAM only keys. You can earn chests for game modes and Summoners Rift.

Crafting chest drops require the Mastery system, which currently only exists on SR and the rotating mode queue. TT and ARAM only award key fragments currently.

The "must own champion to acquire chest" notification in ARAM is a confirmed bug.
