Reminder to Riot that we haven't had anything big for a female champ in a long time
Last female champ was Jinx, a year ago Last female Legendary quality or higher skin was last Halloween Last female VU was Sivir a year ago, and that went...beavertoothfully.
Other than the recent massive Sona nerfs and the a few admittedly decent skins like Arcade MF and Riot Kayle, there hasn't been much for the ladies of LoL.
They already aren't allowed to have female non humanoid champs or skins that aren't just costume changes (make champs get to be robots, sea monsters, and predators, female champs just get to have changes of clothes, maybe with the occasional sexy water spirit or stripper cop) the least we could do is throw them a bone with half decent reworks and VUs. How long have Soraka and Poppy been waiting for reworks? Evelynn and Morgana for VUs? Heck we don't even know what female yordles are supposed to look like yet, because poppy and Trist have been retconned meglings for close to four years :/.
