New Champ Select and Team Builder - KEEP BOTH

So Riot just announced that the New Champ Select will replace Team Builder once it hits live, and that they'll implement something for blind pick afterwards with no draft or bans.

Can we just have the New Champ select for Normal Draft Pick and Ranked Draft pick, and replace blind pick with Team Builder? IMO, Team Builder is just Blind Pick with less rage, since both have no bans and no draft, but Builder lets you choose what you want to play. This would even probably reduce some of the wait time Team Builder has at the moment.
