Why doesn't Riot periodically send out in-client surveys for some things

I mean, they don't actually have to take our opinion into account but I think it would be nice to have optional surveys so none of the community feels left out.

edit: apparently they do but I've never seen one :c

They have them pop up after games from time to time.

I've gotten in-game surveys after using reworked champions and periodically got them in emails just about how often I play and am I satisfied with support and how much money I tend to spend. Etc.
