She was r%%%%%ed in S4 back when she ran rampant in mid lane, but since then she's changed as well as the game. I'd hardly think she's in as good a spot as she was then. I'm wondering this because I had a game where this Kog on the other team was really on my case about being "unskilled" for playing her.
If you are beating someone, then your champion is face-roll. Otherwise, they would have to admit that you played it better than they did.
Kog'maw was most likely just trying to spare their own ego.

Yes and no. She is extremely binary, even more-so since they reverted the Q proc being activated from E. Jump on enemy who is marked, auto to proc Q mark, then E or Q again, then ult if they are too far or you just need more burst. Also, the fact she can build AD or AP and gain large stats due to her "twin disciplines" passive makes her close to unkillable if she juggles cooldowns correctly.
Binary, 90% point-click damage, mobility. So yeah, people are gonna hate what they feel like they cant beat easily.
ps: pink wards counter her W, and that's it. Pink wards dont reduce her burst, mobility, or anything otherthan give sight, hate when people just say "pink ward her" like she just insta dies right then :O
