Rito. you should disable ranked for west coast players for a month

We all know there will be plenty of west coast players that que up for ranked after the server move without even trying their connection first. Then, they will get all salty and, "omg wtf such lag bullshit 70 ping fuck this im done". Then, "ally has left the game" message will pop up, causing people to lose their ranking. Be proactive rito :D
