It's not an agreement, it's not a contract, it's just a damned notification stop crying. You did not sign anything by typing in "I agree"; literally its only purpose is to inform you that the Leaver Buster system is now active.
That thing actually popped up because I dced (once again) because of server/ISP issues. I mean, I know its not riot's fault, but it's definitely not mine.
Dced in a game just now, hope I don't get banned again because of disconnects.
