What is Riot's Optinion on This?

Last night I qued up for normals. We got a game and everyone called a position. I called top. We all locked. The last gtuy (who should have played support) locked Singed with TP.

Me: "ummm Singed, I called top" Singed: "And I don't give a ****" Me: "Team what do you think about this?" --silence--- Singed: "Anyhow whatever I do you are going to be a fkin feeder"

We played. I was Teemo support. We won. I still reported him because he was an asshole. Sure in the game he didn't say a peep but this is 100% BULLYING. I reported him and for sure no one else did.

Just wondering what Riot's stance on this is and if they plan on doing anything about it. People do this very frequently because they know they can get away with it.

Good job being the bigger man and not letting it get blown up - Absolutely report the living hell out of him. If he does it enough, he'll get suspended.

This is why I love champs that can fill more roles than 1-2.

I tend to experiment a lot with some champs in lanes that they are not usually found in to find ideal set of champs that I can play regularly without getting bored and not have a moron making my pick useless by taking my position.

Hybrid champs are the best!

P.S. My current favorite is Teemo. Will try Nidalee next.

I'm relatively sure Riot is able to see pre-game and post-game now, but don't quote me on that. Their stance is definitely that this behavior isn't acceptable, it's just a question of making sure it's reported and addressed by a system that can.
