I don't know if this is the right board to post in so bear with me.
Something strange occurred today; I was just skimping through my summoner icons while queueing and stumbled upon this one right here; Now does someone know where this "Gauntlet-shaking-icon"'s from since I didn't get any notification or something the like.

Riotavari262 votesIt's for positive play! http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/player-behavior/positive-play-icon-unlocked
EDIT: Haha, sorry Whist!
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesQuestion: Do you have to have been ranked eligible for 3 months to be allowed for the icon? Because although I haven't been Level 30 for 3 months, I haven't had any bans or restrictions (I think).
Riotavari261 votesHey there!
I'm not sure of all the details, but all of the icons for NA have been sent out already.
Some helpful advice from another Rioter, Hollymonster: If you're not sure if you're eligible just make sure to check out your entire icon inventory. The icon won't show up at the top and there is no notification that you got it this time.
If you're concerned because you think you should have gotten it but didn't - you can write in a ticket here.
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesOops. I just missed the icon. I don't really know how I did that. Thanks for the help!
Mellori1 votesI just got one too, so did my boyfriend. We thought it might be the PBE accounts we just got, but.. apparently not. Posted a similar thread. xD

RiotRiot Whist1 votesThis is a free icon to all players who have not been chat/ranked restricted in the past 3 months. Thanks for remaining positive summoner!
Was mentioned at the bottom of this post: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/player-behavior/instant-feedback-powers
