Got slapped with ultrahigh ping in my first ranked game with the new queue

Ok, i am super excited about the new queue. its really nice and seems to work well. The graphics are awesome too. When i dialed into my first ranked game with it i was stoked. then i noticed my ping. I had spikes up to 2k, where nothing went and then intermittent lag ranging from 200 - 700, fluctuating constantly. I finally couldn't take it anymore, logged off, restarted, logged back in. First my ping was still high, but then it settled down and arrived and stayed at 50, where it usually is since the server move. We fought a good game, but eventually lost. THAT SUCKS!!! obviously.

i recovered well mid, had pretty high cs, good damage to champs but my opponent used my lag and my resulting absence to snowball. I should have known better and not trusted Riot.

WAIT WITH RANKED AFTER A PATCH. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CLIENT AFTER A PATCH! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
