To be fair, the belief that an early abortion (pre 20 weeks or so) is similar to killing a jellyfish is a medically correct view.
It is actually the majority view in England. About 42% of people also believe that the time should be at least or longer than 24 weeks (The current law in the UK is that pre 24 weeks, all abortions are legal - post 24 weeks the mother's health, mental or physical, must be at risk).
It is interesting to see that some people believe a different thing to what I always saw as a vast majority. Can I ask a question? I will anyway. Is your (and perhaps many others) opposition to abortion based in religion, upbringing, medicine or otherwise? Hooray for discussion!
