Explaining league to Non-gamer Girlfriends

So, I have a pretty amazing girlfriend, who even though she doesn't understand any of my gaming or comic obsessions, she's willing to attempt to understand. That's more than I can say for a lot of girls. But I just felt the need to share exactly how she comprehends what I am saying.

So she takes whatever I say, and breaks it down into ways she can remember it, so practically renaming every champion, ability, league slang term to her versions of things. For example, when I say

"KAYLA! I JUST HAD AN AMAZING LEAGUE PLAY! So we were in the river, and the enemy team is getting the dragon. I am playing as Bard and I ult the back 3 guys out of the pit, my team flashes in, kills the 2 that i didn't ult, takes the dragon, and then finishes the rest of the team and we only lost one guy in the exchange! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!"

So she hears this, and repeats it back in her way.

"So...In the big square thing with pretty blues and purples, you were in the water in the middle? and everyone was beating up on each other and 5 of the other team died, one of your team died, dragons must help your team or they are a score or something?? And were you playing one of the Kitties (Gnar Teemo ) the cute little mermaid guy (Fizz ) or the guy with the cute penguins?? (snow day Bard )"

I am just wondering if anyone's else has to translate or break things down like this in funny ways like I have to.

I don't have a girlfriend, but my little sister does a similar thing. The other day, I played a game with a Sivir , Lulu , Jinx , and Ashe . I played my main (Gnar) and went top versus a Tristana . Sivir and Lulu went mid against Garen . Jinx and our Ashe went bot lane against enemy Ashe and Morgana , and the enemy Warwick JG'ed. Now, from the start of the match, I was almost positive we were going to lose. And that's what happened. By the last ten minutes of the game, the enemies had two of our inhibitors and one Nexus turret. They were also on the last turret up top before the inhibitor and all five of them had their second Baron buff and two stacks of Dragon, the third missing only because we stole it early game. The five of our team stayed and defended for a good five minutes until we had our inhibitors back up and their Baron buff was depleted by time, not kills. Then, Jinx defended top and Ashe defended mid while Sivir, Lulu, and I ran bot lane for two minutes and all got killed. When we respawned, Jinx and Ashe were still defending so Sivir, Lulu, and I ran bot lane again. The five enemies were either not paying attention or just didn't care, but we got their last turret bot lane, their inhibitor, both Nexus turrets and the turret in the time it took them to notice us, recall, kill Lulu, and get Sivir half health. We won that game 18 kills to the enemy's 35 and our one dragon versus their two Barons and two dragons.

TLDR: We were REALLY close to losing and then, in the last five minutes of game, we ended up winning by defending with one person top, one in mid, and the other three pushed bot as much as possible.

After I gave the game breakdown to my little sister, she responded with this (paraphrased, of course... don't remember exactly):

"So you were pushed into your house (base) and the bad guys were trying to beat up your big thing (the Nexus) so you, the other lady (Sivir), and the purple guy (Lulu now genderbent, apparently...) went through the back path (bot lane) to break into their house and break their big thing when they weren't looking? Man, you guys are mean..."
