Add "highest rank" to sort dropdown in champion tab. Now that crates are a thing.

Now that Crates and ranks are a thing to care about. I would like to sort my champs by not only by highest mastery but also by highest grad and if I have a crate for them or not. Sure I could peruse my champs to see what border they have but I would rather the be put in order.
