Can wards be randomized so we can have multiple different wards?

Like if I were to buy 3 poro wards, can Ruby Sighstone pop a different poro ward each time I use it?

Or better yet, we can arrange the order of the wards we want.

Battlecast ward -> Snowman ward -> Amumu ward

I bought so many ward skins but they are left sitting in the inventory
