Darius got his max heal increased by 6% (better in team fights), while only getting his min reduced by 3%.

Fiora got a tap to her defenses.

Garen got a nerf?

Skarner got a tap to his slow%.

As you can see, none of these champs got an actual nerf. They got the Zed nerf...as in "ooh look we nerfed them for pretend so people hopefully stop bitching about them!" Gangplank got a bigger nerf than any of them, and he wasn't even permabanned lol.

And Gangplank's still banned very often in High-ELO matches. I'd like to think at lower ranks he's freelo if you can master him (I'm trying, I have ~35(?) games experience)
