At 4.4K views, you can't say you didn't know. It's a great concept. And you should have acknowledged my ideas in some way. Post on the discussion, or something. But you just take the ideas and run with them.

Did you even read the kit? Chlora summons a shambler. Ivern summons a shambler. Chlora summons brush. Ivern summons brush. Chlora gains bonuses from being in brush. Ivern gains bonuses from being in brush. Chlora was UNIQUELY designed for a "new" role type: Jungle Escort. Ivern is LITERALLY that role. Chlora places sprouts plants on the heads of enemies. Ivern sprouts seeds on the heads of allies.

He's a total rip-off. Sure, they changed the Passive and made it the Ultimate: and reworked the passive. And there's a root instead of a tree.. But the similarities outweigh the differences.

Wrong. Reds DO look in CC. That's how Kindred came to be. The concept was "Yin-Yang Champion". Riot commented all over it. Nice try though. Stop believing everything you're told.

If you look through CC, you will find barely any reds posts, except for like community things, and a few other odd balls.

I can't find the link but they said they are not supposed to go into CC, atleast the skins/champions teams.

I read the concept. Kindred is 80% different than that concept. not to mention it has no abilities or nothing posted.

They used the artwork provided for the champion Icon, thats all.

However.

Reds are not disallowed to look at concepts. In fact, it's allowed to get inspiration. So long as the original creator posts their own content on Riot owned boards, Riot has basically free reign to use it how they will. They can replicate it, use it as inspiration, or what have you. By agreeing to the terms of use, players acknowledge they have read them, which directly states what Riot is allowed to do with user generated content. So if you post content onto Riot public space, you can't whine about it if they use it because you agreed to let them. So to the OP, get over yourself and stop posting your content if you don't want it to be used.

Thematically, sure Ivern and Chlora are similar in that they're both plants. But if memory serves you said Riot stole Jhin from you too, so...? Gameplay wise, Chlora and Ivern have little to no consistent similarities and neither did your other concept with Jhin, as you claimed. I get that you're probably trying to get more views for Chlora but here's the thing:

Chlora is a cool champion concept, that much is clear. She's well though-out, unique playstyle, nice lore, the works. But when you try to trick people by calling her a 'social experiment' and making threads like this, you make everyone hate her even though she's a really really cool concept. Let your ideas stand on their own, don't resort to pettiness or tricks.

Edit: You also said that Riot stole Kled from your concept, Tork. You posted your Tork thread 7 months ago and Kled had been in development for almost 2 years. The timelines don't match up.

I get that, but it's obvious he puts a lot of love and effort into this champion concepts because they're all really good and well thought out. It's just confusing for a troll (people characterized by minimum effort) to do this to something they obviously spent so much time on.

After I created Chlora, Jhin's trailer showed him surrounded in flowers and what not. My concern with Jhin was that they were going to be taking from Chlora. They obviously didn't. Furthermore- if you read the comments, it confirms that I never altered the concept. Check the comment dates. I went on to laugh at the concept of Jhin, admitting he was nothing like Chlora.

all you really know is the champion that became kled was in development for 2 years obviously the final product wouldnt be finalised until months before its release in which case they could pick up things that they saw along the way. not saying thats what happened but being in development doesnt mean that it concepts cant be stolen and applied to indevelopment characters. When riot starts the development process they just pick one element in kleds case his theme is always wanting to go in at that point the development process could be considered open with out knowing know skills or how they look. like i said its not likely that anything was stolen and i barely read the original post because it isnt compelling but you cant completely rule out stealing unless you are working with the riot team and even if you are working with the riot team you can never compellingly rule out influence.

If you think about it, there technically is. You need an account to post on the boards, and in order to create an account, you need to agree to the ToU.

By agreeing to the ToU when you created the account, you acknowledge that Riot can use any content that you come up with and post on the boards or any other place owned by Riot, without them needing to give you anything in return.

Oh, but you did. The account you're using to post this was created only after specifically clicking the "I Agree" button. Or was it a checkbox? I can't remember, it's been so long since I made my account. The point is that you have no legal ground to stand on in this matter.

These terms aren't there so that Riot can blatantly steal user-generated content. They're there to cover them in case of accidental similarities, or even cases where a team member read something, forgot about it, and then "came up with the idea" in a later brainstorm. That second case is what I believe to be the most likely scenario here.

Terms and conditions say that if you post an idea on the boars RIOT owns it. Hence even if you thought of it Riot has all the rights to it.

No. For starters, only one ability is the same (making brush/enhanced autos while in brush). Otherwise your champion and Ivern are totally different. Ivern isn't a support, he's a jungler. Your champ is a support. Ivern has a totally different passive, his CC on his Q is a root and not a silence and it isn't AOE, his E shield rather than a heal and his ult is Daisy not whatever you came up with.

Riot doesn't owe you anything.

Chlora summons a shambler just like Ivern. Chlora summons brush just like Ivern. Chlora's role was "Jungle Escort" (jungle/support hybrid) That's exactly what Ivern is. I really do like Ivern. He's basically MY concept. They improved upon it, I'm not denying that. But the similarities are overwhelmingly obvious. To be honest, I wouldn't be upset if Riot had gave me some kind of recognition. I pour my heart into these concepts. I read game lore to make the concept fit, and I pain-stakingly weigh out many options for kit abilities. And when I finally finish the concept, all I get is grief and bad comments. I get a few people who genuinely want to assess the concept, and give great feedback. But for the most part I'm taking all the fire. And for Riot to not even give me an ounce of moral support before taking from my ideas is just absurd. And I have all these people accusing me of altering the concept after Ivern's kit was displayed. I have people too blind from their noses being 5 feet up Rito ass to see my sincerity. It's no wonder LoL is notorious for its cancer community.

For the sake of argument, I'm going presume you aren't trolling and that this is completely legit. Here's the thing: you posted this concept in public space, giving any and all who visit access to it. No one is under any obligation to even acknowledge you if they do take your idea(s) and put them through the production process because of how and where you presented it.

That being said, while I do see some similarities, some of the things present in Ivern's kit have been tossed around and considered in other champions prior to their release: specifically Brushmaker. Rioters have mentioned that they have been experimenting with this particular mechanic for a while but just haven't been able to find a fit for it. I also speculate that the "teammate dash" aspect of his Q is not new, as that seems like the least "jivey" part of his kit and doesn't seem like something you'd think of while working on an Ent.
