At 4.4K views, you can't say you didn't know. It's a great concept. And you should have acknowledged my ideas in some way. Post on the discussion, or something. But you just take the ideas and run with them.

Thematically, sure Ivern and Chlora are similar in that they're both plants. But if memory serves you said Riot stole Jhin from you too, so...? Gameplay wise, Chlora and Ivern have little to no consistent similarities and neither did your other concept with Jhin, as you claimed. I get that you're probably trying to get more views for Chlora but here's the thing:

Chlora is a cool champion concept, that much is clear. She's well though-out, unique playstyle, nice lore, the works. But when you try to trick people by calling her a 'social experiment' and making threads like this, you make everyone hate her even though she's a really really cool concept. Let your ideas stand on their own, don't resort to pettiness or tricks.

Edit: You also said that Riot stole Kled from your concept, Tork. You posted your Tork thread 7 months ago and Kled had been in development for almost 2 years. The timelines don't match up.

Terms and conditions say that if you post an idea on the boars RIOT owns it. Hence even if you thought of it Riot has all the rights to it.

No. For starters, only one ability is the same (making brush/enhanced autos while in brush). Otherwise your champion and Ivern are totally different. Ivern isn't a support, he's a jungler. Your champ is a support. Ivern has a totally different passive, his CC on his Q is a root and not a silence and it isn't AOE, his E shield rather than a heal and his ult is Daisy not whatever you came up with.

Riot doesn't owe you anything.

For the sake of argument, I'm going presume you aren't trolling and that this is completely legit. Here's the thing: you posted this concept in public space, giving any and all who visit access to it. No one is under any obligation to even acknowledge you if they do take your idea(s) and put them through the production process because of how and where you presented it.

That being said, while I do see some similarities, some of the things present in Ivern's kit have been tossed around and considered in other champions prior to their release: specifically Brushmaker. Rioters have mentioned that they have been experimenting with this particular mechanic for a while but just haven't been able to find a fit for it. I also speculate that the "teammate dash" aspect of his Q is not new, as that seems like the least "jivey" part of his kit and doesn't seem like something you'd think of while working on an Ent.
