a rioter already responded to this question, but it was years ago, and i would like it reevaluated

please release an official listing of your ban years.

pretty much everyone thats been here for a few years is well aware of your ban year codes, but the fact that its maintained as something that requires significant research to find, and it is unofficial really makes it very hard for the community to help eachother in the situation of a non behavior related ban.

the previous red answer was this:

"ban year codes are something used for internal purposes and are by no means accurate or meant to be used by outside sources"

the thing is THEY ARE ACCURATE.

and we could use it to help people, and help riot support more. if players knew the ban year codes and we had an official list of it we could be like " oh dude, you got banned for X reason, these are the steps to get your account back"

a player searching for reasoning for his ban could find it in the sticky with ban year codes. and narrow it down to what could of caused his ban.

a lot of people that get permabanned for non behavior reasons often dont deserve a permaban, and get their permabans lifted, these are not the toxic players we want to get rid of, they are people that got hacked, people who´s bank refused a payment without their knowledge, and people that might of traveled and logged in from multiple countries in a short period of time.

and we should do everything possible to help them regain their accounts.

also this would make it so the first question to support wouldnt be "why was i banned" instead it would be "my account was suspended for getting hacked, here are copies of RP purchases i made, the forums told me these would help me get it back"

which would cut down a lot of support requests.
