the league of out-plays, of strategies, of objective control, of counter picks and team comp. the league where spells were stronger if they needed more skill to hit and spells that were reliable were weaker. this was an extremely cut throat game, the best would move up and the people who werent would struggle. change was embraced, the map was interactive and places and objectives on the map were something to be feared, not too pitiful to even deserve a second glance. i climbed from silver 5 to diamond last season. one of the most satisfying and hardest things i think ive ever done, video game related and otherwise. ive seen it all. the funny questionable plays of bronze. the egotistical mentalities of silver. the pride of golds. the crushed hopes of platinums, and the blissful diamonds. ive had to adjust my play for every season, every rank, every tier, to stay ahead of the curve and move up. but now... theres no more skill. everythings given out, and if you want any more, too bad, you get what you get and thats it. vision was a tool, now its just a luxury. builds were flexible, interesting, MEANT SOMETHING! EFFECTED THE ACTUAL GAME. now theyre binary and theres no reason to sacrifice anything considering items now cover anything.

balance is the worst its been. ever. adc's are running rampant to the point where graves is a better tank than nautilus. theres no reason to try anymore since everyones being cattered too. games are decided early and end early. this game has the most emotional playerbase of any game, hands down. we dont play this game to spend more time in queue than in game. we dont play this game to watch all inner towers fall between 22-26 minutes. we dont play to see baron as just the buff. we as the player base get so angry because we care. we care so much more about this game than we should. baron used to be a boss not a buff. turrets used to be feared, not just landmarks of the enemy side. adc's were about positioning, not whoever has the most adc's at their expense will win

Although I do like change and change is something that will continue to keep the game thriving, the current state is pretty rough and is in for some change for the better. The meta feels very strict, and objectives are shit like you said baron is justwhatever, and towers are sooooooo weak. Like mid game bruises just dive them like they're lvl 1st auto attacking them. Tl;Dr objectives are too weak, and towers need to hit harder

I appreciate the fact that they want faster games but why not a lower health turret that hitsharder, it's easy to siege but not a feather if you're diving it... I want to fear diving a turret, not like oh well lol 6 ill just go in grab an easy kill and flash out hp pot stay in lane.. that shouldn't be the norm these things need to scale harder hits and definitely exponentiallyhitharder so bruisers are punished not just walking outover half health with a kill no summs needed lvl8 don't get me started on late game diving 2 turrets and a team....
