The real reason Ranked Teams have have a limited window of availability

I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated by the fact that Ranked Teams came back but Riot said we're only allowed to play them during certain times. What's stupider is that the excuse they gave us was because of how long queues would get off peak hours. They're literally saying that it's unacceptable for us to have to wait 10 minutes for a game therefore we have to wait 10 hours for a game.

Queue times actually are the reason for the limited window, but not the queue times you would think. During off peak hours, there's less players than average that play ranked. And if those players are playing Ranked Teams, that means they're not playing Dynamic Queue. The reason we can't play Ranked Teams at any hour of the day at the cost of longer wait times is because Riot is trying to improve queue times for Dynamic Queue.

I don't think any rational person would disagree that Ranked Teams are the best display of how the game is supposed to work. And if the reason Solo Queue got trashed for Dynamic Queue is because Riot wanted ranked to emphasize more teamwork, it's hypocritical to put Dynamic Queue over Ranked Teams. Yet they do it anyways cause they are so desperate for Dynamic Queue to succeed that they're willing to destroy every other form of ranked play to push their own agenda.
