If you seem to be losing trades early game that you feel like you should be winning:

You might have the same problem I did. Check your rune pages. Have they been updated since you were level 20? If the answer is no, you, like me, should probably get on that before QQing about balance issues (which I have been known to do. Sorry Rito :P)

P.S. When I was level 20 I decided that I would only need 2 rune pages, and that I didn't need AD or AP, just penetration. I was so wrong for so long.
