Silly Riot! How helpful are tips if you don't update them?
Not sure what to do here. After all, on the one hand it's useful for new players but on the other hand it's just plain incorrect...

40% is the maximum amount any champion can have at all times without any external sources. 45% is the maximum amount any champion can have under certain circumstances using an external source.
40% and 45% are both the correct answers, but 45% is circumstantial so it is not completely true, but since 40% can be raised, is not completely true either.
Both 40% and 45% contradict one another so both are true and false if used alone, hence why you would change the tip to include both numbers.

So it's not entirely wrong, just worded badly at this point.

Anidan1 votesI cannot think of a single game that can handle AFKs well. Games aren't generally built with AFKers in mind ruining every given moment. It seems to largely be one of those 'suck it up' moments in multiplayer games, due to things like real-life concerns that would make overly harsh punishments look really, really bad. It'd be as if the game itself is actively encouraging you to phase out life 100% while you're in the match just so you don't get punished for bad things happening, and that's what we call in game design a 'no-go.'

Womp1232 votesLets broaden this to all their tips in general. The tips riot gives aren't very helpful after like lvl 10 lol. In games like Cod or Clash of Clans they might give tips you didn't know about but in lol they r pretty sucky tbh. But to counter myself tips don't really change a game haha. Just wish they were a bit more intuitive

I had a similar idea (you can only get 40% from items), but those would imply that CDR runes work like Intelligence, but they don't. Also, CDR that is built into a kit like Zyra's is subject to the cap too (even though it is also not bought).
Since Intelligence is the thing that really isn't like the others, I think it's going to have to be specifically mentioned to create an accurate CDR tip.
