No ultimate skin this year?

Does anybody remember when Riot released their ultimate skin last year? I vaguely remember it being early on in the year, but this year is about to end. Does anybody know if we're getting an ultimate skin or not?

Pulsefire Ezreal was June 29th, 2012. Spirit Guard Udyr was July 17th, 2013 - 383 days after Pulsefire Ezreal DJ Sona came out Febuary 25th, 2015 - 588 days after Spirit Guard Udyr

It has been 590 days since DJ Sona came out, so something of similar quality could be just around the corner.

Weird. I could have sworn Pulsefire Ezreal came out in season 3 and Spirit Guard Udyr came out in season 4.
