Was there just some point where skarner was OP?

So. nobody seems to like . but I have my fun with him. I am TRYING to get M6 with him,i got 1 token in a game where I was like 4/0/2 (yes.) cause I invaded the so he only had like 30 CS and I got like 40 CS from his jungle alone And it was time to do something different from then a lot more armor items...with courage of the colossus tiny shield when I can hold a 400-600 HP shield with just cinderhulk.... into (cause .) with fervor of all things 13/4/22 and no S-. 41 more CS then enemy jungler (for a grand total of 165) A+ sadly. and I need 1 more token (and a lot of blue essence sadly...500 for a rank ;-;) APPARENTLY riot don't want me getting an S as a 40% CDR 22% armor pen 700 HP shield MS boosted tanky 320 AD skarner that chunks with an E and ed AA. with no fervor stacks (which gave like 70 extra AD in late game) rude....and I got an S- as 4/0/2 with 90 CS an A+ is like singed. going "HAH HAH" and leaving you with the closest thing but not what you want. I know ranks are compared with OTHER people in that role (maybe I will go for mid and ask if I can jungle idk.)
