Riot has no obligation whatsoever to do ANY type of free RP promotion. I don't understand this notion that the consumer has where they feel a company has to cater to their every single particular whim. This company produces a game where you don't have to spend one stinking penny on it if you so choose. Grow up and shut up, people.
