I don't get it. I can see a devourer jungler in a meta that lets your jungler farm. I don't see how a PRO-LEVEL PLAYER can pick devourer mid. There's only one explanation for this:_ pros are the new bronze._ If that's the case, now we are doomed.

devourer is for on hit effects you won't build it on burst champs like pantheon and hecarim but if the champ has on hit effects i can see why you would build it its pretty easy to farm up as a mid laner too as long as you 1: counter jungle the enemy jungler 2: take wraiths wolves and scuttles 3. participate in drags and snowball each kill is 1 stack if you get a kill mid roam bot get some assist you can get it in a good amount of time

not alot you get rewarded for making plays if you kill your're enemy you automatically get a stack k ? what to do after you kill ? you push lane jungler wraith is up ? farm it enemy jungler is bot clear is top jung vice versa mid lane has alot of control of flow of the game even if you dont kill your laner oppenent you can push farm and roam easy and get devourer at 20 even if you arent winning the item will make a big difference when you get it.
