Petition so if you load into a game as a level 30 and forget masteries you use a default set by riot

Had my client bug out a lot of times and wouldn't save masteries, then there are times I've just plain forgot.

Having no masteries is a massive disadvantage, something simple that could eliminate a large problem :)

(The default set would be made for that champion by Riot, kind of like recommended items :) )
