First of all, thank you for your work, giving details/summary about what may come so the community can be informed and the job is well done. Buuut, there's something that's irking me because I saw it enough to think it's not a mistake. It's about ratio: " 1.5% per 100 AP".. Because 1.5% already means "1.5 per 100" so can you just write 1.5% AP or 1.5 per 100 AP? because "1.5% per 100 AP" just means 1.5 per 10 000 AP.

malzahar ult is % damage

you are getting an additional 1.5% added to your ult for every 100 AP

Well Malz ult does % health damage, so when you get 100 ability power, you get an extra 1.5% max health damage. Lulu W has the same thing but with movement speed, many champions have this same type of scaling.
