Give people gifts on their birthday :D. a mystery skin or mystery champ but, if they change their birthday after they already got one they can not get another gift until the year is over.

How to grab infinite Mystery Skins:
Make multiple smurfs.
Make all their birthdays one day after another.
Gift a skin using the birthday RP to the original account.

Yeah but Riot is a game company, they are not your friends nor are they your parents, while most companies try to appear as the former but still, the button line is that relationship between them and you in the end is still business and client.
Rp would be abused especially if people can change their birthdate. If anything a mystery gift would be nice. Especially since you can't re-gift those. The only problem is I don't ever remember putting in a birthdate when I made my account. Granted that was a couple years ago. So maybe I did and just forgot.
