What do you think of a game mode like this?

This gets reposted all the time. Riot will never do something like this because most matches will end up being teams ganging up on one of them for free kills and stuff.
What exactly happens when a Nexus explodes? Do both of the remaining teams win or does that remain as an idle part of the map that minion waves simply build up travelling the newfound longest path to the enemy base? Or would minions stop travelling that way and have that part of the map be only useful in farming their jungle?
Also there seems to be no neutral monsters marked. Would there be no red/blue/dragon/Baron/Vilemaw/Ebonmaw/green/white buffs? With a map like this, any one team is going to be further away from a major jungle monster than the other two unless each of the three rivers here each holds a monster of similar strength/importance. If they have a power gap similar to Baron & Dragon's, then the team furthest from dragon would be most likely to forfeit it's bonuses in exchange for being one of the two teams with easy access to Baron.
Under normal circumstances, it would be safe to assume that one team would fall around the point that it does in a normal game, when everyone is about 3/4 to completely done with their build. The remaining two teams are likely going to be in a situation where its two full build teams going against each other with very long death timers due to the game's extended length. I see that both of the remaining teams would be sitting on a lot of gold with only the 2 options of teamfighting or split pushing, dynamic strategies or gameplay go out the window.
There seems to be a fundamental issue here with an arbitrary 10v5 scenario where two teams would muscle out one of the others by sending all 5 in one lane and the other team sending 2 and 3 down the other lanes. There's little that the third team would be able to do that would seem fair.
So while this would be fun for something like a temporary game mode, I don't anticipate Riot creating a new map and balancing it around the new situations it would create in the name of fairness. This absolutely should not be a permanent gamemode as this thing has more caveats and flaws than Twisted Treeline or the Crystal Scar as at least you'll have the same number of people defending as you will attacking at all given times with no room for exploitation in the other modes. Each of the modes has something to assist in its dynamic gameplay (SR's various buffs, TT's altars, or CS's speed shrines), but this one seems like it would simply be a re-shaped Summoner's Rift with nothing to promote it's unique situations it would cause.
this will lead to a 2v1 and then a normal 1v1.. i think a 2v2 with would be more fun to play
Where would the 'mid' minions go?
each wave would consists of 2 normal minion waves. half would go in either direction.
This game mode would last 2 hours. And someone would just get ganged up on. I would rather 8 on 8 or ten on ten
If Riot would release something like this, do you think it would be permanent, or would they take it away in a week?
Mid would be one hectic position. There's also the possibility of 2 teams forming an alliance to gang up on the other team which could cause problems unless all chat was disabled for thid mode.
I think this would work but instead of trying to destroy the Nexus of the enemies have it be that you spawn in another base and push to be the first to destroy the nexus of your color.

I had the same idea when I started playing lol . 3 teams would be great . The teamfights would be epic .
Looks awesome but it'll end up with players bullying one side saying "hey! purple team! Let's team up against green team then face each other after they die"

it looks nice looks like it has ALOT of kinks to work out but id like to see a 1 vs 1 vs 1

It's a fun idea, but no, I don't think it would be fun to play.
To increase it's fun capacity, I think you need to introduce imbalance in the map.
It is important to force the teams to make decisions and give them reasons to fight. Introducing elements of imbalance will punish teams that play too passively or that decide to ally against the third team. If you introduce elements like this that force teams to fight and punish them for allying, then I think it will be a fun game to play. Then you will have my vote.

double minions would be cool for mid lane one wave on each side on the turret
I like the idea behind it but it'll ofcourse need tweaks.
Thats my take on it, in terms of what i would change. Could be fun and im pretty sure whatever changes apply to SR, wouldnt imbalance this as much as everyone thinks.

i think it would have to be 3v3v3 because. each top lane would be faced with a bot lane, which could be bad but would require thinking(but then again, thats make every lane a 2v1 besides mids free for all 1v1v1 plus junglers), or jungling would not exist and it be 2.1.2 teams, and 6v6v6 wouldnt be as stable to be able to play cause there's so many people in one lobby
edit: as mentioned in a comment i posted, mid lane would also need more minions, either 8 minions (4 melee 4 caster) with 2 siege minions. (the minion wave would split to go to BOTH mid lanes instead of just one, so each wave going towards tower would be a 4 minion wave and 1 siege minion if its a siege wave)
i also think the 3rd team should be yellow or something, just to be a different spectrum of color from blue (green is partly blue)
I would love this, but it would be too easy to be abused: Two teams could team up, against the third one.

Yes it would be a nice add to the game, but there are only two main factions in the game that play against each other. Adding a new faction into the fight would make the guys at ROIT to make a hole new story line fro the faction.
they would need to make each side exactly the same so there's equal opportunities as for the buffs i think it would be cool if there was 3 different buffs throughout each river and each one did different things so maybe there would be 3 dragons 3 barons and maybe 3 of another monster or just leave that one out if it was too much , and also to keep other teams from stealing all the buffs you could give each team a special buff so its not as hard to kill the drag or baron that's on your side so you can still steal baron if you wish but it will be harder , maybe have 3 alters around the end of each river instead of another monster i think that would be really cool and fun , as for teams ganging up on others maybe see how it goes and if that's a real huge problem then disable /all chat and see if that helps a bit , if the minion waves would alternate sides then that would make it a little harder to gang up if turrets could regen health while champions were in range that would make it easier to defend , i think we could find a way for it to work ! if we found a way for it to work real good do you guys think it would be fun ?
