Who is a better buy currently?

Ive been debating on 4 champions and im no sure who to buy 1st.

its currently between Vladimir Swain Riven Kennen. I generally do like to play AP more then AD but i really did like riven when i played her last time she was free. i have never played swain but he looks like so much fun, vlad is another champion that i loved last time he was free and kennen i heard was strong and looks like alot of fun. so im pretty split between the 4. Any advice on who is a better champion to buy atm between them helps, even if its just eliminating one of them. Thanks guys.

If you are looking to climb the ladder, look to main Riven and play nothing but Riven . Riven is by far the most effective if you play her all the time. If you are just looking for someone fun to play in normals or even ranked I would personally choose Kennen because nobody really seems to know how to play against him.
