Botting is getting ridiculous

I don't usually go out of my way to complain on these forums but...this is getting WAY out of hand.

In the past two days I have seen a Bot in a 3 v 3 TT game, a bot in Aram, and I just had a bot in a RANKED game.

They walked to the exact same spot over and over again until they found an enemy champion then would walk into melee range and just stand and do this over and over again.

How is this still a thing Riot? It is bad enough people get punished when they have a leaver or afk'er, now we get to lose LP for having bots in ranked.
