my last 2 games where pretty horrendous 1000-2000 ping.
First game was in rank (guess how tht game turned out) After i reset my internet i tried a norms and still the same thing. I never usually lag so this is actually really surprising for me
Is this happening to anyone else? or is it just me/ do i need to fix something?
Hey there, sorry you're having these issues. It sounds like your problems may be connection related, so please head over to the Connection Troubleshooting Log Reader. There, you can submit the Network logs from your match(es) and the log reader will show if you were having ping spikes and packet loss.
It will then direct you to solutions. Please work through the solutions it suggests, and if you need assistance or they do not work post on the Help & Support board and we'll try to help.
You can also narrow down the source of latency or packet loss by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP for NA (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);
