Only the MOST popular champions receive skins?..

So, a long while ago a similar subject was rose within the boards in which people were asking about what the timeline for characters receiving skins is and Riot made it pretty clear that the timeline is based on when a champion last received a skin but over the past 2 seasons I've only ever seen the same group of champions get new skins released. Just wanting to know what your guys' opinions are on this? 3 Skins since season 4 3 Skins since season 4 2 Skins since rework 2 Skins since release 3 Skins since season 4 3 Skins since season 4 4 Skins since season 4

The list goes on as far as I know, Annie being one of the other abusers

i'm pretty sure they think of skin concepts, and then see what champion it fits on most, not the other way around. Atleast i think i read that somewhere

ahri for example just really has an anime look and you can do so much with her.

I mean in all honesty any champion can fit a concept e.g. hecarim is all doom and gloom and has one of the best arcade skins, Karma isn't exactly the templar type that I'd have had in mind for the "warden" skins but hey it's there.

All I'm really saying right now is that it's the exact same line up of champions getting new skin themes or being added to existing skin themes over the past 2-3 seasons, though they previously told us it's dependent on when a champion last received a skin, yet Ez, Ahri and more are coming up to their 3rd set of skins since this information was given.

I'm sad that its been 3 years since Viktors last skin. Yet champs like ezreal get another skin before him. Its not even a popularity issue. Viks been one of the most popular mid laners in the lcs for the past year or 2. Come on riot show some love. :( The evolution is dieing it needs to be reignited summoner 14

Honestly I made this post with Viktor in mind for a champion that would have done amazingly well for the Arcade line, he's one of my favourite champions and last year because of how popular he was in LCS I honestly changed my name to Viktorious Viktor in hopes he'd get last years Victorious skin. It's honestly so sad, Ez is having his 3rd skin for the past 2-3 seasons :')
