Hello,

was wondering how I can work for you guys in champ design but not have a CS, Soft Eng, or any other major with a practice in coding?

I am not detailed oriented so I suck at coding. Really big picture oriented. I could read code easily though when I was first exposed to it. It was C++

I am currently attending a junior college, planning to TAG with Davis or transfer to Berkley for bioengineering or electrical engineering (I like life sciences, and engineering is a very economically efficient major....on paper)

I have a strong background in collegiate extracurricular activities as well

Not a rioter, but they have an active summer internship program you should look into. Game Design is always an understandably competitive team to get into, but my best suggestion is to get an actual game out there. It doesn't have to be big, but making your own game not only shows initiative but also allows them to see your own coding practices. And if you make a game with a team? Even better, leadership skills in a directly related context.

Don't be intimidated by where your major is, they've hired plenty of engineering degrees. I myself am a Materials Science and Engineering student and have had conversations with a red or two who had either a great or (more often) a terrible time with materials courses in their respective engineering fields! lol
