Getting tired of people pointing out every mistake I make

Alright, so this is a huge problem and I'm extremely sick of it, so here

WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE DOING BAD, DON'T FUCKING SPAM AND FLAME THEM

I make mistakes, just like everyone else. Whether you're gold 5, or not even ranked, EVERYBODY has bad games

My advice for when you see somebody doing bad, either encourage them, give them tips, or just don't say anything at all. Because I'll tell you, the one thing that won't help and will most likely make them do even worse, is flaming them and telling them you're gonna report them and telling other people in the game to report them. Which is another thing, why would you report someone for doing bad in ONE GAME? You've played ONE GAME with this person, and that makes you think they're garbage?

If you think somebody's so bad, check their match history. I'm not even sure why it matters though, why would you report someone just for doing bad? How is that gonna help them get better?

And the thing about this is I'm not even playing ranked when I get flamed for doing bad, I'm playing normals. Which is fucking ridiculous. It's called normal for a reason. It isn't ranked, and if you're playing normals solely to win, then you need to stop playing and go back to ranked

I'm probably never going to play ranked again just because I already get bitched at enough in normals. And besides, I play for fun, and ranked is more for competition. So if you're playing normal for competition, don't get mad at people for doing bad, because I'm not trying to become a pro. I am practicing champions though, and I've been practicing playing Gnar for a couple days since I just bought him, so yeah, I'm not doing great. But why does it even matter? How else am I going to get better besides playing normals, where I already get bitched at for doing bad?

TL;DR when you see somebody doing bad, don't flame them, give them tips and encourage them to keep trying and to do better. Spamming chat and reporting them isn't going to help them get better at all, it's only going to make it worse

The problem is that once you get onto someone, they are going to play worse 90% of the time. They probably know they screwed up, you griefing them isn't going to help anything. Everyone has bad games, if someone is struggling, go help them out. People will up their play if they know you have their back. So have the jungler camp their lane, or roam there yourself.

Come on. Everybody knows that the best way to make someone who's struggling play better is to point out every mistake they made in detail while screaming insults about their mother at them. In no cases should you provide any constructive advice, reassurance, or support.

Pointing out mistakes is good, in order for the person to learn and understand what they did wrong, and helps them to learn what they SHOULD'VE done in that situation, however flaming them for making said mistake is NOT good and will NOT help.

it's fine the first time but people continue to make the same mistakes over and over again
