1. Bing Rewards

I don't do it cause it takes a hella long time to get 5 dollars worth, but if you do bing rewards, you can get a subway gift card that you can use to get the equivalent RP.

2. Tournaments

There are ARAM tourneys, TT, and Summoners Rift! Go to the event finder (now conveniently on the side where the board hyperlinks are,) and scroll through some! You get 1,600 RP for first with Triumphant Ryze skin, AND 4 win-ip boost! 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5-8th get prizes too!

(I recommend Victorious Gaming, it's the tournament I frequent, and they have DAILY tournaments.)
