Friend Invite Spams

I am getting spammed multiple times per day for friend invites from obvious spam accounts. Would it be possible to add a wildcard list so that any name with that wildcard would automatically be disregarded?

For example, if I could block invites containing this regex, then I would probably stop receiving spams altogether:

[lL1][oO0][lL1L]
