Tech Savy people please help! Looking to upgrade something that might improve my stream health!

Okay so I'm trying to make my stream smoother. I am trying my best to figure out what I can upgrade to make things better. Does getting a better router or modem help? (I hard-line into my router currently)

Here is my problem:

My bandwidth seem low and I'm told the quality rating should be at around 80 to have a good stream. I want to know how I can improve this.
