Why don't people understand?

Excluding professional games above diamond, games are won and lost in the first 15 minutes. You can claim "oh but once I won a game after being behind for 45 minutes!" great. That is what we in the statistics field call an OUTLIER! You should go look it up before you use this argument.

The reason I say games are won or lost in the first 15 minutes, is because within 15 minutes, you are accurately and correctly able to identify who the superior players are. You are able to judge from CS, general positioning, map awareness, and their interest in objectives, just how much better they are than you.

If you're in bot lane and the enemy is 4-0 by 10 minutes... guess what.. THEY ARE BETTER THAN YOU! They will continue being better than you for the entirety of that game. They will not magically stop being better than you and make the one fundamental mistake you know how to capitalize on.

Please, stop deluding yourself into thinking you have a chance when it's 25-0 before 20 minutes. Just stop wasting peoples time and surrender, so you can reroll matchmaking and hopefully get a balanced game.

I don't know what game you're talking about, but it's not league of legends.

Where are you stats for this, Mr. Statistician

idk about you, but its not uncommon for me to see players (generally adc's as i play support) who aren't skillful in lane, dont really know how to cs, or poke or anything. But they have excellent late-game mechanics, and do well in teamfights. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1790234312/201480964?tab=overview This vayne in particular: lost lane, didnt know how to cs well, got a penta late game.

dont use the idea lightly. you're idea is completely true and accurate, if you were in the game blind then yah like Izbiz she has ABSOLUTELY no idea on how to ever help anyone except his/her self

I completely agree. In the first 15 mins, you know who'll win based on their map awareness and understanding of their lane mathup. Even if you're countered, it's no excuse for feeding. Many ppl fail to understand their lane matchup and feed like hell causing the snowball effect.

Sure I've had the few odd games where we only had our base standing and aced the enemy late game and pushed to win. but that only happens when they opponent starts having the hero complex for some reason and keeps coming 2v5.

The logic of Bronze - low Gold ELO. I've been in games where there was a 20 point different in team kills with my team having the lower score and we still won the game because we got our shit together and worked together. I'll admit that there are some games that just aren't worth trying, but I can boldly say that most games are definitely worth trying even if you are losing by a lot in the early game.
