We haven't had a proper assassin released since Zed and I can't tell if that's a great thing or a bad thing. I like playing them, but they can be broken UP or broken OP pretty easily.

Bevause most of the commnity is tired of RIOT trying to make a balanced assassin.

Several of the assassins already have really similar playstyles, I guess it's just harder now to come up with more variety for them.

I agree that's a good reason for why it's taken so long. However, it feels like there's still a little more room for new ways to delete a carry.

Eh. I see him more as a melee adc/fighter like Fiora than a true assassin. He can be one but I don't think that's his main role.

yasou can delete a whole team on his own.

Yasou is a failed fighter that has been turned into an assassin.

We already have too many slippery over powered assassins. Why add more when the current game has like 5 very viable and OP champs pretty well perma banned from ranked cause they need nerfs???
