Is Lucian Still good?
Just curious he's my 2nd favorite ADC behind Graves, but it seems like he gets nerfed a lot. Was wondering where he stands now.

I'm not sure how he's been doing lately in ranked, but I can tell you that to use him now you really have to like his kit and general dynamic. I spent most of my adc experience as Vayne and when I did take Lucian out prior to the nerfs, I think I managed to win my lane all but once (despite going something like 2-5 on him).
Keep in mind, the playstyles are significantly different.
In his current state, I'd say you have to be far more comfortable with his playstyle to see similar success. Instead of the Lucian vs Cait matchups you saw typically during season 4, you'd currently probably see trist vs cait.
But with that said, I wouldn't say he's been nerfed to the ground. For example, I never was able to fully utilize his w before the damage was reduced, but prior to the nerf that wasn't an issue. IMHO, I would say you'd need to utilize everything well to be consistently successful with him now. Or in other words, unless playing him feels completely natural, you're probably better off switching to an adc that is.
Lastly, for the sake of comparison - I find graves a lot more intuitive albeit I never played him enough that I felt I fully utilized his smoke grenade. However, teamfight wise I still prefer Lucian for his ult. Prior to his nerfing, I was far more worried about a Lucian than a Graves when playing Vayne. Now I don't find his kit nearly as intimidating, particularly with having to worry about a q to a minion zoning me out. In fact, prior to the nerf, I worried about zoning regardless of his support - now it's primarily the support I see as a factor to zone control.
TL;DR - If his kit/playstyle comes natural to you, you should be fine to continue running him.
only time will tell. right now he seems fine to me, but its hard to tell in soloqueue because bot lane matchups are almost always decided by the support and the better player is usually the adc that snowballs midgame, regardless of their champion.
