Losing Lp and getting demoted because your system can't tell when somebody DC'ed

My favorite thing just happened today. Out jungler DC'ed at the beginning of the game and did not move at all. So you WOULD think that your system would let us remake. But BOY LET ME TELL you it didn't. So we got to play till almost 15 minutes till this person comes back and we end up losing and I get demoted for it. Fix your system so it knows people are DC'ed. I would put this in a couple of places where this does belong but Riot will tell me to put it here.
