It did. IIRC, they changed abilities like Trundle's Pillar and Anivia's wall to cause turret aggro without causing one true damage.

The most embarassing one I've given to someone was like 2 years ago... I was jungling as Shen and I used shadow dash to cross a wall to steal an enemy's small golems(we'd fought him earlier and I knew he had really low health so I assumed he'd go back to base to heal, so counterjungling seemed the logical choice) and the shadow dash killed him before I even saw him.

To be fair, Annie can stun you at any point after 2 stacks if she has her abilities off cooldown. A lot of Annie players will stay one stack short of the passive and use E before ulting for the stun.
