Camille is not in the shop? How do I buy her?

Seeing videos of Camille's gameplay, I've tried to buy her but couldn't see her in the shop. Of course I googled this, but I haven't found a reason why she's not present in the shop.

I came to the conclusion only alpha testers or special users can actually buy Camille - or perhaps specific servers? All I know is that the NA server doesn't have her in the shop yet.

Can anybody tell me why she's not buyable?

Its the Public Beta Environment (PBE) that have access to her for the purposes of testing her for bugs and what have you

There quite a lot of videos of her since many streamers got access to the PBE, you could describe it as a special server where champions and items are tested before release into the normal servers.

She won't be available in the shop till patch 6.24 hits in another week (Dec 7th).

Is this the first time a new champ has been released while you play league? She's not out yet.
