Players will go where the rewards are... please don't wait months to flush this out.
If you shift most ranked rewards to Dynamic Que... It will de-incentivize Solo Ranked. The question becomes; Why implement a Solo Que Ranked that will be gimped from start?
This is easy. Transfer Ranked Team rewards to Dynamic Que, and Solo/Duo Que rewards to Solo Que.

I work third shift. Ranked Team is just not an option due to my working schedule.

I like the idea of Dynamic Que + Solo Que.

Dynamic Que lets me enjoy some elements of Ranked Team w/o needing 5+ committed friends.
Solo Que lets me feel the satisfaction of personal achievement that may be hindered in Dynamic Que due variations in skill/ability of friends I que with.

So please, don't gimp Solo Que rewards in favor of encouraging Dynamic Que.
