The most frustrating thing in league of legends is not bad teammates (reposted in proper forum)

Its teammates who are so sick of having bad teammates that they do not trust you by default, want to help you at all, or even screw you harder once you've made a mistake or two.

You see, I've seen this happen more than a few times every day, and its not that uncommon. Its commonplace to get the dude who has no idea what he is doing, yet decided to play Lee Sin and never gank. We've all had a game or two with the duo bot who goes 0/15 combined. It happens. I don't flame those guys(or anyone), and I honestly don't get upset. I've learned I cannot control it. But what is most frustrating is when there is someone who IS possibly competent as a player but they are so tilted and pissed at you for poor play/mistakes or just by default do not trust you.

This ranges from the support who proceeds to take all your farm after he/she dies after an engage a couple times. Maybe the jungler who says "im never ganking for you again" after he dies and you didnt follow up(probably cuz he didnt ping beforehand). He never ganks for you again. ever. even when its malzahar pushed literally right next to your tower and the tower is very close to having an aggressive relationship with malzahar. This could also be the tryndamere who split pushes top and when you ping "hey were going to try to take baron real fast, we need your dps" doesn't come because "no im split pushing". and then you get aced at baron because you could not take it fast enough OR you simply have to back off and lose the opportunity (most likely the latter)

Or the whole "I have 55 cs and got absolutely shit on in lane. I'm so useless right now, but I can catch up if you guys help farm up the jungle for like 5 to 10 minutes while i also farm bot lane. the jungler gets mad that an adc how dare he wants gold to buy items....and smites your camps after you get down to 10% health trying to desperately get that 70 gold. or the top laner who roams to another you are clearly already farming when his farm is available top. not only does he take your mid farm all of it leaving you none..but he doesnt help you push to tower and roams top to get his own farm so now he is incredibly farmed and you have zero.

the amount of situations is endless. im sure you get it by now. but this is infuriating. this is maddening. this is not teamwork. this is literally the result of you saying "fuck solo queue. I'm done. I'm playing league of legends by myself". and the thing is. news flash. you arent. no matter how bad we are. no matter how much someone messes up. guess what? you NEED them. you may have to carry them...but them getting help is ESSENTIAL to you winning. The amount of games I've lost cuz of bad teammates is honestly moderate and I can say most games I've had bad teammates who cooperate I probably could've won had I made better shotcalling for them or carried harder with my personal play.

but not cooperating? literally trying to screw me over? or just being salty and selfish towards your teammates? these people usually double your chances for a loss and if two or more people are like this the game is usually almost always a loss. You won't see it at first. but please next game this happens to you look for the following:

1.) does it feel like the enemy team is always grouped and you are being picked off "one by one" 2.) does their carry have double the farm of your carry? 3.) when you get multiple picks at once on the enemy team does you team split up, recall back to base/do their own thing, or group up and try to get an objective?

because these are the biggest things that make solo queue hard. and I feel this is more commonplace in the lower elos than anywhere. but is common in all elos. people just have no faith in each other and you kind of have to.

So please guys, give your teammates a chance even if they aren't good. you can still carry, but work with them. don't hang them out to dry and lose because you had too much spite and pride.
